Every client and every shoot is different, so Trent starts by listening carefully to his clients to determine what their overall goals are and what qualities they’re looking for in a collaborator. When on shoots, Trent believes in setting a positive tone so communication and collaboration can flourish, and crew and talent can be at their best. He also believes in understanding and following a director’s singular vision, and in leveraging the crew’s collective wisdom, skills, and equipment to bring that vision to life.

Even if Trent’s not available for your project, or the budget isn’t a fit, Trent can still help you find a crew! In doing this, Trent’s able to give more work opportunities to his regular crews, which enables him to work out the best rates on his other projects and maximize production value. When crewing up shoots, Trent loves sourcing the right crew for each unique project. Beyond basic competence, he looks for crews with positive attitudes, good communication skills, and a great work ethic.
